These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Crekex website (crekex.ws) and all its associated services ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on Crekex, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

To create an account on Crekex, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited.

• An individual may only One Account can be created. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Accounts must not be shared with or accessed by any third party.
• Crekex reserves the right to decline any registration request.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.

To use Crekex services, members must be at least 18 Years Users must be of legal age. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Crekex reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill — issued within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash/Nagad statement)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Additional information may be requested if needed.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on Crekex are detailed below.

For Deposits:

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳500 (For bKash, Nagad, and Rocket).
• Deposits must be made using your own payment method only. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is usually credited within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

For Withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Crekex reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions.

Crekex offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: To withdraw the bonus received on your first deposit, a minimum wagering requirement of 15x must be met.
• Reload Bonus: A bonus awarded on subsequent deposits, typically with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Cashback: VIP members' weekly cashback carries no wagering requirements.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse is found, Crekex reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

All betting activities on Crekex are governed by the rules set out below.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Crekex grants an exception in special circumstances.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed at those odds will be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
• In live betting, the official result of the event shall be considered final.
• Crekex reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, which may vary by tier and event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crekex and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus offers or placing artificial bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's information.
• Hacking, manipulation, or using software to interfere with or exploit the platform.
• Betting using insider information (including Match Fixing).
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Members may request account closure at any time through the support team. The following rules will apply in such cases:

• All bonuses must be used or allowed to expire before the account can be closed.
• If any bets are still open, the account will be closed once they are settled.
• You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance.

Crekex may terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Extended inactivity (2 years).
• KYC verification not completed.

Crekex treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. Your data is used solely for service operations, KYC verification, and fulfilling legal obligations. It is never sold or used commercially with third parties.
